Hi guys.....craving have been bad today ....but I have found eating fruit apples,oranges ,bananas helps when the cravings are bad.....good luck everyone.....thinking of us all we will make it.

    Great, you are at 20 days now ! A quick puff slip is nothing. You put it down, and move on.. Remember, this is all a mind game. We let smoking have control for years.. You can simply take control. Your body may still feel symptoms, but craving, or wanting for that smoke, is entirely in your head, and it will last as long as you let it.. Just KNOW this is what you WANT, and KNOW that you can be FREE from smoking for good ! ALL that is needed is an open mind ! It IS your brain.. You have the power :)

    HI Homebody, yes I have found that I am eating a lot more fruit. Watermelon is my new cigarette! Red and Kim, you are just amazing supports to everyone. Thank you both so much for being here.
