200 Days! You Can Do it!!!

Posted in Quit experiences 05 Feb 2017

I Promise! I used to LOVE smoking, and did it for years. I had tried multiple times to quit with Nicotine gum, patches, and sprays. I always fell back into smoking shortly after I stopped the NRT. The ONLY thing that has worked for me is COLD TURKEY. Sure you are going to go through a week or two of pure Heck. Face it like a test of your will power, BE STRONG! I promise it gets Easy really fast after the first couple weeks! Today I am 200 days smoke free! I feel great, smell great, been told I look better (even younger) and better yet I NEVER have the urge or desire to smoke again. In fact I am repulsed by the fact I did it for so many years! What a waste of money, time and Health. For the New Quitters: I really hope you have the ability to STAY STRONG and quit! Visit this site often for reinforcement and advice. There are a lot of great Quitters on here that are supportive and want to help you! Best of Luck!!!!!

I am so glad i read this. I was getting so unmotivated seeing people seeming to struggle after years of not smoking. I really hoped that if i quit and succeed that i would hate smoking again and be turned off by it. Your story gave me hope that it wont feel like a challenge for the rest of my life
