Today is day 2 cigarette free, have had lots of cravings but that is to be expected as I have fired up them nicotine recepectors again, by picking up a cigarette and relapsing into smoking again, this will pass ,all I have to do is one day at a time and no matter what never ever pick up a toxic, poisonous and destructive cigarette.

You're gonna do this because you know that you can do this! You have all the tools to succeed. Do whatever you gotta do to pass the time until the nicotine receptors die down again. Since you only smoked for ten days this time, I'd be curious to know if it happens within a week. Please let me know so I know how to advise and encourage others. Hugs!

Miss Lizzy......try the 4mg nrt lozenges breaking in quarters. They work for me when i am tempted. A full lozenge creates hiccups though. Good Luck.
