185 days, but some times i have urge to have one.

Was temped and almost had one, but I saw how many days without smoking and kicked myself, why would I waste all that effort for a nicotine hit.

    The cravings last night were terrible, I was awake all night fighting them off, hope today is better. I'm only up to day 5 a long way to go!!!

    Hi Theo77. Well done for posting how you feel. The cravings become less frequent and with less intensity. As ex smokers we identify with you and understand. Keep going strong and the cravings will go.

    @Jennybu, I know how you feel, they are still bothering me and its been over 160 days, don't give up hang in there, it will pass.
