drink tons of water and keep telling yourself you can do it next month will be the big 12 months smoke free yes its hard when I'm stressed out the first thing I want is a smoke so I really try to deep slow breathe and calm myself down my family are so proud that I'm not smoking as am I but I'm staying strong to beat the addiction as thats what I am an addict hope everyone else is doing well too
Hi Everyone hope your all going well and if not keep trying I have been 248 days smoke free and boy its been hard some days but I did the right thing and stopped keep positive and drink loads of water and keep strong in the mind as this is what makes it so hard to stay smoke free once you keep the smoke free thoughts clear everything else will fall into place
Happy New Year to you all I'm happy to report I'm still smoke free and on the mend I'm 216 days smoke free its not been easy but I'm doing it some days I just want to have one but I'm staying strong and positive hope your all doing well too
Hi I haven't been on here since November ive been very sick but am now recovering I am now 190 smoke free days I still cant taste much but hopefully that will get better in time looking forward to many more things to come I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Safe New Year stay strong don't let your mind win and good luck
hi I'm now 153 days smoke free am starting to feel better and reap the rewards for my hard work its not easy and I don't care what anyone says hope everyone else is going well too
138 days and going well rewarded myself over the weekend with a new wallet bag hat and sunnies and some clothes had a great time away with the girls but you know I still had moments when I felt like a smoke but I'm hanging in there hope everyone else is doing well too and if not don't be too hard on yourself and try again

Hi 74 days been to the dentist had 2 teeth removed so fingers crossed it helps with everything yay me
I'm 73 days smoke free wow me I'm still very high and low hopefully after tomorrow I will come good as I feel like crap at the moment my hubby goes away for anything upto 6weeks so it will be a huge test for me coping with everything without him being home

woohoo 70 days I'm still getting a bit cranky but you get that don't you with everything going on with my family at the moment I am feeling a bit stressed and at times think just have one but I'm staying strong I don't like feeling cranky all the time but hopefully it will fade in time

hi all I'm 67 days smoke free and yes I still have cravings but I am finding loads of ways to bet them puzzles reading jigsaw puzzles you don't have to spend more than 2min of doing something as the cravings pass facebook offer all the games I need as I can choose when I stop playing the jigsaw game I can pause and go back to it when I need to I hope this helps others as it has me

hi everyone Everyday I go through my ritual of going thru everything I have in place to keep me on track my willpower is so amazingly strong I thought I would be having so much more trouble but I'm not which means it was definitely my time I'm not having any cravings now or withdrawels which is amazing
well I'm on 45 days smoke free woohoo and have been sick for a while but all my tests this time have come back quite ok but have gone on antibiotics as I still have infection but all my levels have gone back to normal since not smoking so I am very happy proud of me

OMG I had an appointment with my young son yesterday and this girl walked in and the tobacco smell was disgusting I couldn't believe how strong it was and she wasn't even sitting near me it clouded around her ,it hit me that my kids use to tell me how nice I smelt -not wow I will never let that happen to me again what a huge wake up call . I just got back from having more tests so fingers crossed...
Back from the doctors he is pleased with my progress too but cant explain why I'm still feeling the way I am so off for a scan tomorrow lets hope it pics up something with my sinuses fingers crossed but still proud of my achievement yay me

Hi haven't been on for a few days still smoke free which is great but I'm getting a bit antsy with the not being able to like anything I'm eating or drinking and am starting to think is my head playing games with me to start smoking again which I don't want to but I'm scared I will let it happen then I will be back at square one so I'm determined to keep on track and not listen to my head on this...
