Hi 74 days been to the dentist had 2 teeth removed so fingers crossed it helps with everything yay me
I'm 73 days smoke free wow me I'm still very high and low hopefully after tomorrow I will come good as I feel like crap at the moment my hubby goes away for anything upto 6weeks so it will be a huge test for me coping with everything without him being home
71 days smoke free and omg I'm still very cranky and at everyone and thing yay me
woohoo 70 days I'm still getting a bit cranky but you get that don't you with everything going on with my family at the moment I am feeling a bit stressed and at times think just have one but I'm staying strong I don't like feeling cranky all the time but hopefully it will fade in time
69 days but whos counting hehehe I hope after having teeth removed and I get my taste back I don't give into temptation I feel pretty confident that I wont but I will just remind myself of what it has done to me and that I am strong and I do have willpower to keep strong and stay proud hope everyone else is feeling proud too
well 68 days free and getting there I had to go to dentist yesterday again and I'm so lucky I did as I have said I cant taste anything or eat much I have 2 abcess in the roots of 2 teeth which could burst creating loads of problems all caused by smoking I have to have these teeth removed to stop the infection it was only found due to 3d xray so I'm very lucky at least I know I'm not going mad we ...
hi all I'm 67 days smoke free and yes I still have cravings but I am finding loads of ways to bet them puzzles reading jigsaw puzzles you don't have to spend more than 2min of doing something as the cravings pass facebook offer all the games I need as I can choose when I stop playing the jigsaw game I can pause and go back to it when I need to I hope this helps others as it has me
66days very happy I'm not going to say I don't think about it but I'm not going there my mind still plays tricks on me like last night I thought I could smell a smoke hehehe no one here smokes so don't let your mind win keep strong

62 days later and my whole body has gone holy crap my tastebuds are still yuk but I'm told it will all settle down I hope so but having said that I'm thrilled that I'm drug free now and reaping the rewards and feeling so much calmer than before who knew hey
