Whew, I've finally got started. The hardest part is getting started. We interpret smoking as a reward. It's just not! I'm making a list of things that I want, and each week / month I can take the earned reward. The big reward after one year will be better health and lower risk to health - perhaps I can train for that marathon I always fancied 😆
