    Hi all today is my Birthday and i am 2 years 1 month without a cigarette or 761 days. I never thought this was possible in the beginning, I had smoked since the age of 13 I stopped one month before i turned 60 at which time I was smoking around 40 a day sometimes more.     Hi all. Today is TWO YEARS smoke free 730 days I am so so proud of myself, I just wish I had done it earlier before I developed COPD but there is no point dwelling on it, I just have to get on the best I can and push myself.
