Well im suppose to be day 48 smoke free. But alas im not. Today I crumbled & brought a packet. Knew in my heart I was being crazy & brought a packet of patches as well. Didnt open the patches but opened the smokes. Doesnt make me feel good but just couldnt stop myself. Today is day 28.Im proud of where im at & so is my family. My hardest time is once the sun goes down & im home alone. Reading other peoples struggles & problems makes my giving up smoking seem trivial but still worthwhile if that makes sense. Why does it seem to get harder the longer you go without ?
I have quit smoking that many times I have lost count. This time I used pre quit patches so I knew my quit date from the start. I use these patches to change my daily routine of smoking.
