Hello all today I am 120 days smoke free
This is my 5th quit attempt after having smoked for 30+ years.
I have tried zyaban,champix, cold turkey but this time I was hypnotised which has been my best attempt yet.
So to all you out there never give up giving up it does get easier.

Well here i am at day 70 smoke free feeling as good as i have ever felt. Today i started taking my second lot of champix which would be week 13 on the tablets for me, you get one month at a time for 3 more months if you decide that you need them, i didnt have any side affects from taking them so i will probably continue on for the next 3 months taking them. STAY STRONG ALL.
I have just got back from the dentist after having my teeth cleaned today how nice and clean they look and feel the next step is to have them whitened. I also went back to my doctor yesterday and got another script for champix after having almost finished my initial 12 week course i have decided to get another 12 weeks which you can now get if you feel you need them, i have no intention of ...
If i could say one thing about the quitting process is that my sense of smell is so good that when im at work i can smell my co-workers smokey breath when the are talking to me and when someone has had some spicey revolting food the night before for dinner i have really noticed it today and it makes me sick to think that i ONCE smelt like that. It takes me all my time not to say something to them...
Hello all i was just wondering are the headaches im getting of late part of the quitting process or does it have something to do with taking the champix???? Im still happy to cop a few headaches rather than go back to smoking, i was hoping it had something to do with the champix so then i know they wont be long term headaches once i finish the champix an thoughts anyone???????
Wow i have been a non smoker for 7 weeks now, i am feeling so much better as each day passes still having weird dreams on a regular basis but nothing to be worried about. HI THERE EVERYONE TODAY IS DAY 25 WITH OUT A SMOKE,FEELING REALLY GOOD AND STILL DETERMINED NEVER TO PUT A FILTHY SMOKE IN MY MOUTH AGAIN STILL GETTING THE ODD CRAVING BUT QUICKLY THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE AND THE CRAVING PASSES AS QUICK AS IT CAME.
