I have changed so much since quitting. It has been such a journey. This is the greatest feat I have ever achieved. And it wasn't on my own. The doctors really pushed it. And I was so lucky I listened to them. I am going to go farther than I ever have because I stopped this nasty habit. I'm thoroughly excited to start living again. And that is something. I've noticed so many things about my person...
It seems like awesome news I continued this quit. I didn't think I could. But the good news is it's over. I am in this new-founded territory and should always tell myself that. Good news. I am not a newbie at this anymore. And I should always remember the journey that I started. It was because of doctors in a hospital that I ever did succeed in this. I was a wreck, and they kindly tore me away. I...
Avoid the caffeinated drinks and the fast food. Drink water. And for me, it is important to stop eating foods at all because it all makes it worse. I don't mean that as it sounds....try not to snack on anything. I learned that.
I have always found that denying yourself the caffeine and the coffee and all the rest is a sure shot to it -- the quitting of cigarettes. I needed a redo of the whole thing. It's alright. But the days of which I stayed smokefree are still that.
Will power comes in and it is a huge factor. How much do you wish to just end this thing? Then a lot of the time it comes around that you do have a lo...
It is a better life overall without the temptations of cigarettes. One more thing that I do not need to worry about anymore. It's so much better for my health.
I was craving them so much it was like a hallucinary experience for me to get at them again. My Mom got me some patches to really do the trick and make it all go away once I made my mind up: no more of it!
The love of my life pops up when I quit. It's amazing. How much more do I need to be thankful for? Doesn't life some of the time just do like that?
If you really do get all your priorities straight, then you can see that life is full of love and love is full of life. It could only get up and go up from that point on that you realize that nothing beats it once you realize you can get over anything you need to with the help of those who love you.
My parents have been so much of a help. They cannot be less burdensome if they tried. I love t...
Have 471 days under my belt! Yipee. This is sort of the best that I have ever felt. It's like I feel so much self-dignification and the need for more betterment. What else can I do to try getting better? The ideas that pop up sound outstanding. I have two little projects in the wings, just dealing with words and forming correct grammatical and worthwhile sentences. It could end up helping me alot...
I find that for cravings, Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol and Arm & Hammer Peroxicare toothpaste really lessen them. It is a wonder that these two things work so well in managing something that is outstandingly difficult sometimes; it could be more burdensome. But it is wonderful that it just stops them in their tracks.
It seems like a life hack.
