It's almost 3 months smoke free. I've been down in Sydney for the whole week but I did not touch one cigarette it makes me a lot stronger and easier for me. I used to other people around me that they smoke but it did not worry me. I don't miss cigarette they are not my friend.

Tomorrow be my eight weeks of smoke free. Hopefully i stop using the patches and just see how it goes with out the patches. I don't thing about cigarette it doesn't worry me. This morning i wake up the wrong side of the bed i felt like a slip up but i didn't. But i seen to manage okay. The best way i did is to go out for the day to find a way to help me feel more relaxing and try not to stress too much about it. It's been 40 days since i stop smoking. Now i have saved $600 wow that is a lot of money that i used to buy a packet smoke it was about $120 or $150 per weekly on smoke. And the money i have been saving it's for my holidays in December i'm looking forward to it. It was a struggle at first but it's worth it. It's been a month today since i stop smoking i feel good and more healthier. Until the other night i went to the hospital i had chest pain i started to worry think something is wrong with me but it turned out i'm fine there is nothing wrong with me thank God and plus i have to do some stress test on the treadmill with the ECG monitor to check my heart to make sure i'm fine. It's been nearly a month since my last cigarette I'm very proud of myself. Tomorrow I'll be going to do some shopping and get my eyebrows waxed and then I'm getting my hair done on the weekend. I can't wait to my new look and feel good. I am so EXCITED!!!!

Last night it was a shocker my family member smoke in the toilet and it's was STINKS!!!! I tried to stay away from cigarettes again and it really wants me to have a cigarette. I don't want to go to that dirt filthy habit again. I want to enjoy life. I'm going on holidays to see my friend in queensland and maybe holiday overseas i'm gonna enjoy life i'm not gonna let the cigarette take over my lif...

It been 15 day since my last cigarette. It's was hard at first 2 week but it got easier. Now i'm enjoyed going to the gym every day to keep myself pretty fit and haven't gained weight on since i stop smoking and now i lost weight lot's quicker than i was smoker and it makes me feel better each day.

it's a difficult time people like my family want money to buy packet of smokes but i'm not giving them money to buy packets of dirty filthy habit. Especially i don't smoke if they want cigarette they can go and smoke their finger. I'm keeping myself healthy and feel good about it everyday. And also i have been saving smoke money in my moneybox.

Tonight was a difficult night with people that smoking around but it's very hard but i'm getting stronger as i go. I haven't touched a cigarette yet but i'm still determined to quit smoking for good now it's been nearly 2 weeks.
