1816 smoke free yipee ...keep up the good work everyone

Thursday will mark 3 year omg I can hardly believe it ...we have had two family holiday and I have so much fun shopping at kmart ....with all the extra money lol if you have just started stick with it :)

401 days the feeling of achievement is amazing keep going everyone x

Tomorrow will mark 365 day, one whole year being cigarette free , I can't help but feel extremely proud of myself and to celebrate my husband and I are going out to lunch , if your quitting keep going its so worth it x good luck all

well 344 days today I have already had my first trip to bali and planning another one this year , I have saved over $7300 , if your quitting or thinking of quitting do it , stick to its the best thing I have ever done , the freedom is amazing xxx

293 days smoke free and just back from my trip to bali , payed for with the 6000 dollars i saved by not smoking , keep it up everyone it so worth it , a saving for my next holiday x

208 days without a cigarette , i went cold turkey , i feel great , i have saved over $4500 and off to bali in november keep trying everyone its worth it x  

yeah 85 days for me ( 3months ) feeling fantastic do it people do it

well its been 40 day i feel wonderful had a scary moment last week when my disfunctional sisters had one of their hate sessions on me but i coped and realized its their problem not mine and i am $800 RICHER time to start planning a holiday i think ....good luck to everyone trying ...keep going xo  

day 23 ..i have saved nearly $500 , feeling great ....have not been tempted once ...went completely cold turkey ...i am feeling very proud of myself

day six and i feel great healthy wise , but i do feel very emotinal and drained mentally , bring on day 7

my main reason is i want to live , i want to see my daughter and son marry , i want to hold my grandchildren i my arms , i want to travel
