Hello all well today its been 4months since i quit that deadly habit and if i can you can too. I found that the first 3 weeks was the hardest and now sometimes i even forget that i gave up , sometimes i will get a craving and think its time for a smoke and then i think oh hang on i don,t smoke anymore , its amazing how your brain play,s tricks. But its the best thing i ever did and the worst thin...
well i haved reached 73 days free from smoking that deadly crap and in the last week i have been still craving not to bad but it still lets me know its there does anyone know how long it will take before i start to forget about them ??
well i have been 50 days smoke free and the last 3 days i have been very depressed not shore if its the quit smoking or not but it driving me crazy. i have tried being busy but still feeling low just have to wait it out.

well its been 36 days since i quit and now thank god im over the worst i cant believe it i didnt think i would get past the bad cravings after 29 years of smoking well i just have to continue like the reat of us and also watch my wait. we all hear about other people having a heart attack but always think it wont happen to us well wrong it happened to me and i am lucky to be here telling the story...
hello to all my friends its been 27 days now for me quiting and during my journey its been ( really tough ) and i have felt a little depressed at times its like a graph on the wall up and down up and down but now i can say i am dealing with it better and better each day not there yet but i am getting there. hope you all are having a good day. i have smoked for 29 years and as the years went by you can noticed a change in your health , recently in the past few weeks i have not felt well and decided that i wanted to quit smoking , and started by cutting down , and about 2 weeks after that i suffered a heart attack and from that day i stopped cold turkey 9-11-11. i dont ever want to go back to smoking although i do feel like one 2 ...
