wow nearly a full week without a smoke. Am doing okay only find that my anxienty is back on a higher level again. Am hoping that this will soon pass. Plus I have an appointment with counsellor on Tuesday which should help. The other help is seeing how much I have already saved.
by changing how I start my morning I am now smoke free for 3 days.
I know to drink more water. It is also good to cut a straw in half to chew on when on the phone .
