Today is another milestone, its 600 days today. Thanks everyone for support, this is a great site and I am so grateful I no longer pay for something that was killing me. Every quitter is a winner.
Wow its 365 days, one whole year!. Thank you to everyone who helped with my journey. This is a wonderful site and I am so thankful to NSW state for allowing non Australians here. I think you are all great and I am saving all my pennies to visit Sydney next year. I am also grateful to the NHS here in the UK that provided all the patches medications and advice free of charge.
I am now 252 days smoke free, and every time I feel I might fail I tell myself, this is the new you and forget the old you. Keep going it will only get better. If anyone out there feels sad because stopping smoking was like loosing an old friend, it was not your old friend. Mr Ciggie was a liar and hurt you every time you were together. Lets all crack this smoking habit together.
I am feeling really tired after finishing nrt. I was on the nicotine replacement for 14 weeks, the last 4 weeks on the smallest patch half a day. Now after nearly 2 weeks patch free I am just so tired. The good news is I am not giving up and today is day 109 smoke free. So congrats to all of us on here, lets be winners together.
I am on day 70, 10weeks no smoking. I am using not patches and I am now on the small 7ml one. Although this is a 24 hour patch I use it in the day only. I am thinking of reducing the hours down over next 2 weeks until its just a few before quitting not. Hope this works. Great site this. I do have a tight chest sometimes but still coping. Lets all be winners in 2016 and get those vile cigaret...
