Well, I was in a social situation today, and not only that, the people I was with were smoking heavily. It was very hard to control myself, but they were outside so when I got a craving I just went inside and used my inhaler or my nicabate minis. Don't get me wrong, it was hard- very hard- but I managed to succeed. Phew, It was very hard, but I succeeded. One more day down.
Well now, I am starting my quit attempt again. I had a major slip-up and went back to smoking. But I am trying again to quit smoking. I think I will succeed this time, I have Nicabate Minis and patches. They seem to be working this time.
Well, one day down, thousands to go... I have made it through one day without a cigarette! It was hard, but the patches and inhaler are sure helping. I even managed to say no to a smoke today. One of my friends asked me for a smoke, and i managed to say no. It was hard, but I made it. Might be starting on champix soon. Any opinions on champix?
Well, I have tried quitting twice now... this will be my third attempt. So far it's been one day, and the patches are really helping. I am also using an inhaler for morning cravings and the more strong cravings. But remember- quitting can take many attempts.
