I have no desire to smoke , hate the smell of it , everything about it. Sometimes I am at the stage where I do not think about smoking at all. When someone smokes it is oh yeah I used to do that...... thank god I AM FREE.  It has been a ha...

Hi just want to let people know that I joined the site from IRELAND therefore there is a time difference  ...so if I leave a comment on anyone's story ( and it appears to be the  in the middle of the night in OZ)  ......it is actually during the day in my country. Just would like to clarify that to everyone, I am not on this in the wee hours , as some people may think that.

The cravings are hard, at times but doable.  I found yesterday particularly  a hard day really stressed but did not give in... Phew. I have also found a friend of mine , not supportive at all..... it is going on for ...
