Day 17 today..its getting easier every day..I have even tempted myself with some beers at the surfclub with mates and didn't give in.That was hard but I couldn't let all my hard work and effort go to waste by giving into one or two cravings.I am stronger than that.I love reading the stories on this site.You all inspire me.Keep strong everyone,stay focused,Its not easy but its worth it so NO MATTE...
