getting close to week three now and althyough i have some sleeping disturbances either over or undewr sleeping these far outweigh positivley any smoking cravings im getting .althgough my savings are now paying more bills off,thats a positive as i have less stress about bill payments and wqill eventually have some spare cash to spend on myself

yep day six of my quit experience ,mornings are thge hardest .It seems to take me ages to wake up with out reaching for a smoke .This I know will slowly get better .I reward myself every three or tywo days with a couple of slices of cheesecake ,for not giving in ,and going to the shops to buy smokes ,Have to moniytor my weight as well I suppose now .but that I can work on .Im so pleased as I usua...
