Hi Guys. With all of us "Quitters" doing so well, it is no wonder the Government is having such a hard time balancing the budget. Exercise and GST account for about 70% of the cost of a packet of cigs. so let us deprive them of as much tax as possible and with a little luck the polies may have to cut back on their perks. I am 70 years of age and had smoked for 55 years up until the 4th May this year. I was not confident I could quit when I stopped at a road-side bin and threw away 2 packets of cigs.
