I really wanted to to do it today but decided tomorrow is a better day. I have six work shifts in a row, so I have less time to deal with. Before work, two 15 minute breaks, an hour lunch break and then after work. Today I had the day off so wasn't easy. I have an hour in the morning while I get I get ready for work. For my tea breaks I have packed healthy snacks. Not looking forward to my hour l...

I slipped up and am now having to start again. I could have saved so much money by now. So now, it's tomorrow. I am reading Allen Carr's book - it help me quit for 9 days before, so I'm hoping it will work for good this time. I will re-read my diary that I kept last time I quit as it says how good I felt about quitting. I am really sick of smoking and spending all this money on something I don't ...

I will be exercising more too as I have lost a lot of weight in the past few months and I don't want to put it back on so will walk my dogs every day. I think my breaks at work will be hard. My job involves standing so it's nice to go outside and sit down with a cigarette. I don't want to spend my breaks inside in t...

I have been smoking for the last six years. I previosly quit smoking 25 years ago and silly me took it up again when I met my partner who smoked. We have both tried to quit so many times. This time I want to be successful. As, luckily, I don't seem to suffer from any health problems- yet; my main reason is to quit smoking is to save money. I hate knowing that in the last six years it has cost my ...
