Just popping in to say hi and to celebrate 200+ day's. I'm still going strong in my own mind, but the battle is real. I've started to exercise, but let's say smoking has pushed my health back tremendously . I have only myself to blame for abusing my body for 30 years with smoking, so i have come to reality that regaining what I have destroyed, will need time to recover. But just like quitting it...
