Guys..have u ever experienced to drink coffee
after quitting smoking and it tastes like mud? I have this post nasal drip. Mild soar throat. Mild pain in my chest.. for almost 2weeks now. I'm 8 weeks free tomorrow.I feel 70% normal. Getting better everyday.i can breath easily. Thank God🙏
I thought I was getting better but it turns out all of my symptoms still exist. It's not strong as before but still exist. The anxiety, tiredness,cough, soarthroat,pain in chest and back, discomfort in the chest..I don't feel the cravings of cigarettes. the good thing is all of the symptoms, is not strong as before. I'm almost 2 months free. Am gonna treat my self.😊we can't go out because of loc...
Smoke for 9 yrs. 4 to 6 stick per day. And I just stop all of a sudden. Without a plan or anything.no alternative medicine. And the rollercoaster ride begin. I Experience all..almost all of the symptoms 😭

I just had panic attack Right now.. Everytime i've hear the news about this pandemic I've got panic attack for sure..makes me think I got this virus and I'm scared.. it's been 6 weeks I still experiencing discomfort in my chest.. I think I can't go on like this..☹️ how long does it takes to feel normal again?
What's goin on? I'm 44 days free but I'm still coughing and spitting yellowish mucus thing..still have slightly pain in my back and chest,a mild soar throat and anxiety... I'm irritated as always..corona is stressing me out.. is this normal after quitting smoking or I'm goin crazy?
