Time flies..I am 6months free
At 4months I was ok. Discomfort periodically appears.I was fine about it. Until today!

4months today. Feeling more normal.its not normal like I used to be. There's still a couple of bad days like headache and the feeling scared thing.. but this is better than being a smoker forever.
3months 2 weeks and 4days,
I'm finally free😊 no more discomfort anymore. I totally felt normal. I can breath freely.thank you guys for the help and support. Thank you so much for the encouragement.
@day 101, shortness of breath and cough periodically appear.they come and go. 3days,3week, 3months ..my cravings was intense at this point. Also I gain weight 😭😭😭 I can't stop eating! Omg!
it's 91 days today. And I am having a panicking feeling probably this is anxiety but I can handle it. So yeah,I am still experiencing this at 3months time. I just drink a lot of water and continue cleaning and dissenffecting my house.
I have this weirdest dream.. I dreamed that I was smoking beside the open window.i was holding an ashtray and a cigarette. Oh my god!😱 Has any of you experience this?
I am on my 11 weeks of quitting smoking
No chest and back pain but I am experiencing shortness of breath specially at night and tinggling in hands and feet.also itchiness specially on chest erea. Then the anxiety,anger,sadness is still goin. Other than that, I am feeling more normal now. Let's see if the discomfort won't comeback this time.
