Day 40 today I feel great love the taste of my food and saving $200 a week that alone is motivation and every time I think I want a smoke I look at my mountain bike I bought with my smoke money and the urge goes away. Stay strong everyone it really is worth it keep busy.
I find every time I get a craving I get up and move some examples do dishes clean out pantry or pull weeds in garden or just go for a walk. I hope this helps it really does work for me good luck everyone.
