Hi all, hope you are all going strong. Sadly I have slipped up in a major way, was 5 months quit and had a few stressful times so Of course I made a beeline for those old faithful ciggies. I was really mad at myself, so far along and all for nothing! Then I realised it was not really all in vain, I now know that if I can go 5months, I can quit for good. Hi all I have smoked since I was 16 years old. I am now 64. I have tried many times, and failed. My latest attempt has been for five months, was feeling very proud of myself until yesterday when I bought a pack after a stressful situation. I have smoked 3 cigs since then. Feeling very disappointed in myself but I am determined not to let this end my quitting journey. I am looking at it as a stumb...
