    Have you ever been on a bus,train or plane? Most people have and you can’t smoke. What happens in your mind. For most people the thought of having a smoke disappears for the duration of the journey. However as soon as they get off the bus, train or plane the desire to light up is back again. Why?     Hi All, we have just had another price rise in Australia...12.5%....wow. We are paying the highest of any country in the world. Makes you wonder how anyone in Aus can afford to smoke, but people always seem to find the money to do so. Really sad that people will pay so much to destroy their health and self esteem. However I have managed to not focus on the craving and hold fast to my determination to never smoke again. After all a smoke wont make my week any less stressful will it? Something I have noticed is I always seemed to feel a little stressed when I was smoking but since quitting I actually feel calmer than ever. I seemed to be more relaxed for some reason.     Hi All, Today is 30 days smoke free for me. Still going strong and enjoying the freedom from smoking. Not having to slip out to have one when we are out somewhere, not having them rule everyday of my life is so good. I get so much enjoyment from what I eat now because I can actually taste the food.
