It's been 9 weeks ! 63 days !! And I feel fine. I know I am FREE !
Sure, it takes time for the body to really heal, but I can breathe better, I smell and taste things better, and I know I smell better :) Unfortunately, I don't look any better. :) I have no cravings. Really had no cravings for weeks now, witch brings me to a point.. I have said before, you will not crave something you do not WANT...
As of today, I am 2 months, without a smoke, and feeling surprisingly good. Almost like I had never smoked ! A big part of my success, I owe to the people here :) Thanks a bunch :) ! ! ! ! !

We are all so different on how this process goes. Some have to fight for Months,
while others seem to get through much easier . I had smoked a pack a day+,
on average, for 45 years, so I expected this to be really hard, for some time.
I did force myself to cut down, on number, and depth of smoke, less inhale, for
about two months. Then take the final plunge cold turke...

As a smoker for 45 years, I can say that smoking is just a stupid thing to do. Your body / mind, will tell you that you enjoy smoking.
I let the habit control me for way too long. We all know that there was never a good reason to smoke in the first place..
Stop making excuses. There is NO good reason to keep smoking !
