Well 16weeks now.. Getting easier, can find myself a little restless at times. Gotta keep busy, is a good thing. Notice the money savings. Feeling alot healthier, although gained weight.
14 weeks now, its hard drinking alcohol and not smoking. Just something i need to deal with. I'm getting through it still. Dont want to smoke and rather stay smoke free. I've reinforced myself with lots of knowledge and follow my quit plan. On with it i guess!
Well, 12 weeks no smoking. Off the Patches and gum now. All on my own, into the unknown! I feel confident and relaxed. Hard to believe i quit, from a pack a day. Gotta take it easy i guess.
Well, 9 weeks now.. really past it, smoking that is. Looking for ways to lose a little weight that I gained along the way.
I wish i didn't live with a smoker! Its soo annoying when i smell that smoke or see the ashtray. Although he knows I'm quitting, it is tempting to ask for one. Willpower be with me as its been so far.. Otherwise i'm remaining focussed and understand the addiction was nicotine and not the cigarette. I have 14mg patches now and 4mg gum to chew, just staying on top of it distractions aside. Good luc...

Hi guys, I was just thinking how dedicated i am towards my quit journey. I am focussed on staying off cigarettes and dont ever want to go back. Staying head strong! nope
Try a strict routine and support from Family. Being around ones you love helps and so does the routine. Sure i go to sleep earlier, but the savings are astronomical! And i still drink coffee. The carrots are good and so are other fruit, yes ive gained a little weight. All in all, life is better as a non smoker after 4 weeks. NOPE, Not One Puff Ever
3 weeks ago i decided to quit and lasted 5 days. i bought a couple of packs, finished them and got back on board. i havent smoked in 2 weeks and feel great, lots more time on my hands and breathing better. Past cravings and brain fog.
