Hi All, After falling off the wagon big time. My friend gave me a vape unit and omg!! This has been the best tool for me. Super highly recommend quitting this way. You have all the tools ready to go at a fraction of the cost. Been going strong for almost a month and havent looked back. No urge to smoke, no cravings and so happy. This works people. So i finally did, my leg is through the fence. I have one smoke left and this morning i decided to use NRT to help get the other through. I have instilled the fear of both smoking and using NRT at the same time will be dangerous and im sticking to it. My last smoke will be at lunch today and then in place i will only use a lozenge when i absolutely have to. I must do this!

So i had my last smoke tonight, i threw the empty packet and all lighters away. But i can feel the panic set in that tomorrow when i wake up i will want a smoke. Is it routine thats causing this panic? Will it go away? I have smoked for the past 13 years after a stupid decision to light up at 18yrs old. How can i stop the need to have a pack there as a security blanket?
