Day 3. Feeling strong about my resolve to finally beat the dreaded smoke. Thank you all for your support and advice I have used many of you tips to get me through these days. I am keeping busy and keeping a positive, determined mind set. I will do everything I can to succeed!
Okay, so day 1. I've been here before I know my triggers, I've got good support, and I WLL SUCCEED.
I am lookin for some advise from those who have succeeded in beating this horrible addiction. For those of you who are regulars to the site will know that I am someone who REALLY wants to quit for so many reasons, but until now cannot keep fighting the Demond.

Well day 5 so far so good, not feeling great today. I'm not sleeping well and this morning very cranky. AAARGHHH.
It is worth it though, I need to be strong!

Hi all, back again with another quit attempt. After another raided attempt I had an appointment yesterday and found that the discusting habit is really starting to affect my health in more ways that 1. I have had asthma for the past year and severe gum disease. So today I'm back to day one, it was an easy decision to try again!

Just wanted to share another week smoke free. On day 16, still not feeling the good affects of quitting however will keep going and look forward to feeling great!

Hi All, just wanted to share my first goal of being quit for 1week. I have felt strong and have not even wanted a smoke. I think this is because of my many quit attempts. I now realise that the thought can be beaten. I haven't been feeling real great but I am hoping this will come in time, I am looking forward to a healthier life.

Hi. This is my ........ Attempt. Day 6 and I truly believe this is it. After so many quit dates I started to think it was pointless however if you just keep on trying I believe the time will b right eventually. For the first time I am not seeing a smoke as a treat, I do not need it with a drink, I can NOT just have one!! Keep it up guys we CAN DO THIS!!!
