Thanks for this great community I'm now 4 weeks without smoking, after smoking for 9 years !Thank you. However, I still struggle with anxiety and withdraw symptoms, I always feel tired, stress and sick. I can't really enjoy my days, I always feel there is something wrong or I got infected with COVID, but then it get better after a while. I'm honstly tired of this! Any tips...
