A bit of a struggle getting through a weekend, but I am surviving. Taking naps and going to bed early to avoid cravings. Cold turkey and lot's of celery sticks!!

I have seen "day one" several times and I hope this is the last "day one" I live through. The day has not been too bad as I have kept busy enough and reading from this site has helped me a lot.
