Its been 9 days for me and even after losing my Auntie yesterday and stressing over money I still haven't smoked. Keeping myself busy with coloring in and throwing a football up in the air when I think about smoking. Having up and down moments where I feel good and then feel bad. Keeping strong though.
I slipped up And smoked all day Saturday and Sunday urgh. I'm back on track and at 9am it will be 4 days since my last stinky stick. My partner brought two stinky sticks home on Tuesday night and offered me one and I had the strength to say no thankyou. At 10am today I have been two days as a non smoker. I am using the patch and chewing on straws every chance I get plus doing origami. This quit seems alot easier then other quits.
