1 week cold turkey done👍 After smoking ~15 cigarettes a day for 20 years I’m feeling very excited for my future. Cravings have really been quite minimal and can ride it out by sipping a cup of tea or just distracting thoughts. Definitely embracing the NOPE!
I’ve just experienced the worst sleep during night 1 cold turkey. Fell asleep fine but constantly waking throughout the night, vivid dreams, sleep talking and barely feel like I slept. That was a bad night that I attribute to withdrawals, any tips or hope for it getting better?? I’ve never had sleep issues before but that felt like torture
Reading previous posts for strength and support. Stopped counting my quit attempts but feel exhausted from the endless battle and need to make this time count. Coping well today, cold turkey, and certainly feel ready to be an ex-smoker. Hope to stay strong 💪
