I turned sixty on my last birthday. I have been smoking for over thirty years. I don't want to spend the next part of my life as a smoker! I used to do yoga, walk and exercise. I want to return to these activities instead of reaching for a cigarette instead to cope with stress. I want my health and vitality back.
