10 days and still going strong
I never thought I would get this far and I'm feeling better about my self each and every day
I'm cold turkey and keep saying to myself even out loud
I don't smoke
Day 5 and yes I still would like a smoke but I know that I want to break this habit so am resisting the urge .I have 2 goals
1 is my health will be better and 2 is money saved
bring on day 6 I am ready
This won't be easy .I have smoked for 35 years but im determined to do this .this is my first time to try quiting and my last
I'm 3 days in and crave a smoke but I'm saying to myself I don't need a smoke and having a piece of gum
