Being in Thailand, nearly 24 hours to my quit date. I'm really looking forward to it. Breathing better and being more healthy. I've already started a walking routine, as of yesterday. I'm just hoping I can quit for the rest of my lifetime. N.O.P.E. is definitely my new matra.
Hi, I just joined the group here and hope I can be as successful as some of you have been. I'm actually seeking advice on the natural types of herbs that I may be able to use to help me quit.
I can't use any of the OTC or prescribed products, as I have tried them a found to be allergic to whatever is in them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
