Hi all, I'm 32 days smoke free. Feeling better than I have in a long time, except I've put on a few kilos lol. Thinking I'm far enough past the cravings that I can add movement to my journey. Guess I can only try and see how it goes :)
So today I'm 7 days 22 hours smoke free. I'm feeling much more confident that I can do this. Cravings are decreasing in frequency and length and I'm learning how to deal with everyday stress without running out for a ciggy... I have more time for myself and my daughter along with more money :)... I have noticed that my gums are slightly bleeding when I brush. Does anyone know...
Today is my first day smoke free. I'm taking champix and on day 16, I woke up and didn't feel like smoking so I haven't. Feeling overly hungry though! Does anyone have any healthy snack ideas??
Well I've made it to day 3! I'm proud of myself..
