Hope your all having a lovely smoke free evening.
I myself am now 16 days smoke free.
I feel good most of the time every now and again there's a little niggle but I can control that now much better now and even though I work in a supermarket and I walk past them ciggerates every single day I have no intentions of buying a packet..
It doesn't bother me that they are right there.
9 days smoke free now.
I have been using patches and they started to leave really red marks on my legs so I am now on a different patch to see if it will make a difference
Still going strong. ✅😁😁
I will not smoke with you today.
Nearly 24 hours smoke free
Hi everyone just wanted to post and let you all no that I have found an app that's really great and it will help anyone struggling.
It's called quitsure.
It's free aswell
I have started 4 days ago
It's a 6 days program by day 6 you are a non smoker
All the best to you all.
What's is it about the 3rd day the 3 week mark the 3rd month?
Is it really true the 3s are lays the hardest time to pass
Or is it all an illusion?
Cravings come and go so fast you get over them and then wonder what it is all about.
The big fuse of smoking.
If you can get on the other side of a craving which is a mear thought really then you will succeed
If you are determined to become a non smoker then you will.
Getting easier to over come cravings.. ✅✅😁😊😊💪
Doing really well

Long way to go
Day by day
Step by step.

It's 9.12pm and I am about to smoke my last 1 from tomorrow on start the journey and be smoke free.
I no what to expect.
I have decided to walk 5k a day and get my health back on track.
Hi everyone how is everyone's smoking journey going?
As you can see from my past posts I had quit for a few months and started again to smoke.
Very silly mistake but don't beat myself up for it
Every quit is closer to the final quit.
I have still have the struggle with it. As of now I have no more ciggerates and all I do now Is not to buy another packet. Move on and don't dwell on the hor...
Hi everyone it's been a bumpy start to the year once again
I have had a few bad weeks as I have broke my finger and back on hospital
I should be a member there as I am never out of the place.
I picked up that ciggeratie and smoked it and was not feeling great after that.
I have slipped back to that habbit and I am indeed playing with the devil and i am so aware of it this time around.
