    Hi everyone it's been a bumpy start to the year once again I have had a few bad weeks as I have broke my finger and back on hospital I should be a member there as I am never out of the place.     Hi everyone still on the non smoking train I am still struggling with cravings. Especially first thing in the morning. The minute I open my eyes it's a feeling of o wait I don't smoke anymore and I fell a downer feeling happening and I don't like it. Why this happens I do not no. Yes I am happy that I no longer smoke but I think it's still fresh in the mind I no longer smoke.

    Happy to year to you all I hope you all had a safe Xmas and new year. I almost caved today was very hard today to fight the mind telling me to buy a packet and start again just 1 more packet. I got grumpy because of it because I couldn't get my fix. I went to bed and had a sleep and I am glad I did not give it. It's a very nasty addiction. But new start to a new year. I will get there.

    Hi all doing well so far with the non smoking. Everyday is a step close to been free from nicotine. And that's a great feeling. I am more and more starting totally nor like the smell of the smoke. I am looking forward to a free non smoke Xmas and new year. What's everyone doing for Xmas this year.
