I almost caved today was very hard today to fight the mind telling me to buy a packet and start again just 1 more packet.
I got grumpy because of it because I couldn't get my fix. I went to bed and had a sleep and I am glad I did not give it. It's a very nasty addiction. But new start to a new year. I will get there.
Hi all doing well so far with the non smoking.
Everyday is a step close to been free from nicotine. And that's a great feeling.
I am more and more starting totally nor like the smell of the smoke.

Hi everyone. Just an update I am almost 5 and a half months smoke free. But had another slip up today and had a smoke.
I'm not going to let it get in the way of my days counting as I Have not went back to been a full time smoker.
I had a very stressful week and let my guard down for a split second and caved.
But I am back on the horse and i am going to keep counting my days.

It's a hard one to beat but you can do it with the right mindset.
I'm 128 days smoke free. Had 2 slip up over a month ago but that was it.
It does get easier as time go's on.

Just easier now once you have the right mindset.
I don't think of them as often now and don't have cravings as much.
I'm on the right track now.
