I myself am now 16 days smoke free.
I feel good most of the time every now and again there's a little niggle but I can control that now much better now and even though I work in a supermarket and I walk past them ciggerates every single day I have no intentions of buying a packet..
It doesn't bother me that they are right there.
9 days smoke free now.
I have been using patches and they started to leave really red marks on my legs so I am now on a different patch to see if it will make a difference
