    Happy to year to you all I hope you all had a safe Xmas and new year. I almost caved today was very hard today to fight the mind telling me to buy a packet and start again just 1 more packet. I got grumpy because of it because I couldn't get my fix. I went to bed and had a sleep and I am glad I did not give it. It's a very nasty addiction. But new start to a new year. I will get there.

    Free from smoke Xmas

    Hi all doing well so far with the non smoking. Everyday is a step close to been free from nicotine. And that's a great feeling. I am more and more starting totally nor like the smell of the smoke. I am looking forward to a free non smoke Xmas and new year. What's everyone doing for Xmas this year.     Hi all. So I have and did start smoking again. Very silly I no.     Hi everyone. Just an update I am almost 5 and a half months smoke free. But had another slip up today and had a smoke.     Hi everyone Just an update 119 days and counting. Smoke free Just easier now once you have the right mindset. I don't think of them as often now and don't have cravings as much.
