I attempted numerous time to stop smoking. but every time I failed.This time I watched Allen carrs easy way to quit i you tube. It is very helpful for me.I Say myself I am a non smoker.and I love to be free from smoke.I DONT WANT CIGARETTE.when i say myself this craving for a cigarette passes away.I am just 19 hours of smoke free.however this time must succeed
hi I am on 14th day smoke free. today in workplace I was irritated, then severe urge came. I hardly managed not to buy cigarette.. now I feel happy .. this site helped me a lot..thank you all. best wishes..
smoking is a dangerous habit, 10 days passed, yet urging arises.. but i can manage to avoid the craving. but 10 days it is great for me..i can not imagine that i am totally smoke free for last 10 days......
7 days completed without single cigarette. i am very happy. i dont need these harmful sticks..i am smoke free..

I AM ON DAY 4 . SMOKE FREE FOR 3 DAYS.FEELING GOOD.. BUT MISSING SOME THING. HOWEVER I THINK I GOT A NEW LIFE, NEW LIFE STYLE.. I DID NOT AFFECTED FROM HARM OF 26 CIGGYS.

i am repeatedly failed after 18 hours .. now it is seeming tough.. trying..
I am on 1st day . I am 20 hours smokefree. now just for this day .. another 4 hours i need to be smoke free to achieve a complete healthy smokeless 1 day ..

very happy. I completed 10 days smoke free. I am typing my story and feeling urging of one cigarette. I can handle it easily. but I clearly remember that it was a difficult job on early days, that is day 1, or 2. however I never believed that I can quit. But this excellent site helped me and all fellow quitters are very much supportive. I can feel now that I am a non smoker. thank you all ..
dear all, I want to buy a telephoto lens for my dslr. I love to photograph birds.. who are the symbol of freedom, nature. beauty.. all my savings after not smoking would be used to buy the lens .thank you all ..
on day 10. I clearly perceive that it is of no meaning to think that urging would never come. it comes like unwanted guest daily. but we have to find out way to avoid that one cigarette. as one cigarette invite another 5 cigarette to smoke. so anyhow just beat it.. good for us is that as hours passes, days passes smoke free, we can manage cravings more easily.
on day 8 . only 3 times I felt cravings. these were managed very easily. I am here with success only for this excellent site and excellent supporters.thanks a lot.
completed day 6 without any smoke. but I can not feel like that,. it is as if I smoked yesterday . cravings for a cigarette is now very much. but I know one cigarette will invite hundreds of cigarettes. I dont want to fall in that trap.
I am feeling from a kind of depression. missing something. but a kind of pleasure also there. 5 days without a cigarette.. avoiding 50 cigarettes. its unbelievable .
I previously remain smoke free for 5 days. but on 6th day after taking some alcohol, with one of my smoker friend I smoked one cigarette , I thought It would be last one. But what happened was different. that single ciggy forced me to smoke another ciggy , thus that evening I smoked total 5 ciggy. the next day I again smoked 4 ciggy, thus again I regulerly smoked 5 to 10 cigarettes,. after 17 day...
I dont think that I am not smoking, I falsely smoke holding my two finger on mouth and smoke deeply,as if am smoking very vigorously. but in reality I am taking very deep breath. this really beats my cravings. some times i take plenty of water. Its 60 hrs smoke free . feeling confident but I am suffering from strong desire . deep breath helps me to manage. this time I realy dont want to fall in that trap again to smoke one puff
today evening was tough . but I managed through deep breathing..

after 17 days I managed to be smoke free today. previously I could smoke free for 5 days. and then just one cigarette forced me to smoke and smoke more cigarette. I am a 13 years smoker. so it was very hard to be smoke free. however I am very happy that I have come to track again. this site help me always. thank you all successful quitter. I failed previously. I again prepared for quit. hope I will succeed. tomorrow would be a very hard day.but I have to win. please support me.thank you.
I am very sorry to say that yesterday I slipped up, smoked 5 cigarette after drinking alcohol, with friends, I feel very disturbing, it should not happened. but today i am smoke free. now I decide not to drink. not to smoke. after drinking urging for smoking is just horrible.. confidence is good but overconfidence is not, i failed, yesterday. so feeling depressed.
I completed 5 days after quit. urging comes . i severely need a cigarette.. then I falsely smoke with my style , actually i take deep breath.then I drink water nearly full stomach, and then I begin to walk fast . I want to be healthy and strong. more enerjetic. in fact I feel very much healthy now. thank you all..
hi I am on day 4 after quit. urging definitely comes but it comes only to go. my will power increasing as each smoke free day passes, I can believe yes I am non smoker.This site tremendously helping me.. Thank you all..
i am smoke free for 62 hours..! its very pleasure to me.. urging is less.. i am focused very much .. i am getting a new life.. very charming.. now i can run 200 meter fast.. which was very exhaustive to me 62 hours ago.. thank u all ,, all the blogs are very helpful to me..
today i took a tea in tea shop , seen two men smoking, i did not feel the urging.. i am a winner.. i am free from that bad smoke. after 5 min they both looks less fit than me..
2 nd day of smoke free. i feel sometime depressed , but i am away from dirty dustbin full of smoke..dark smoke. when urging comes i drink plenty of water, i open my desktop and sign in my i can quit profile, i join in playing cricket, or physical exersize.
after 13 years of smoke days. today i am smoke free. it is a great pleasure to me..thank god i just throw away the nasty habit. free from 3000 chemical particles of cigarette smoke.. thank u i can quit..
