Hi all, happy new year and I hope everyone reading this is feeling good about quitting! I was reminded by an email sent by this site to checkin after not doing so for several months.
I was a smoker for 36 years. Heavy smoker. I am now 76 days quit. Life feels clearer, my mind feels unclogged. My eyes feel like they can actually see clearly. And I am pretty sure I smell great!
