I’m back after my slip up after 3 months.
With regret I have started smoking again 😟
It’s been around 2-5 a day.
I have to restart my quit date to a later date.
3 months of freedom and my lungs have enjoyed them.
I know I can do it again.

At the beginning it was hard with the cravings and withdrawals but now they are slight
