Well here we are 30 months to the day (912 Days) since I last had a smoke. I was out at the weekend and was tapped on the shoulder by a stranger looking for a light, I told them I don't smoke, funny thing is the same silly person got a light from somewhere and later offered me a cigarette. YUK. Finally I now really class myself not as an ex smoker but as a non smoker.
I can say after quitting 491 days ago that giving up is a lot easier than I ever though it would be. Good luck it only gets better:)
So here is my story to date. I began to feel like I was visiting a drug dealer for a fix when buying cigarettes, so after 40 years of smoking a pack a day I decided to set my birthday of 15th February 2020 as quit day which was six weeks ahead.
