I had a slip and went back to smoking. I have stopped again. I will stay quit and speak to my Doctor this morning to get the help I need. It starts and ends with me each day and I am doing it.
I am using patches daliy to help too. Life is good today.
I try to start out as a Non-Smoker, so it is known that I do not smoke. Early days yet, but it is okay and getting better. Try and use my breath to help myself relax begin by listening to it on the In-breath and comparing it to the Out-breath. It helps me stay focused and centered on my Quit attempt. Life is getting better as of now. :-)
