First of all I would like to say thank you for all the support and feedback I have had from you all.
Sadly to say I’m very disappointed in myself as I buckled and had a cigarette.
I know I have been told not to beat myself up about it but yes I am
So tomorrow will be a whole new day and I’m going to try my hardest not to give in
I’m trying to be positive and train my brain but at times it is ...
I have tried so many times to quit but failed every time.
This time I’m going to put 200% into it
Smoking 40+ a day and now on the NRT
I’m on day one today so yes I have a long way to go
My biggest setback is all the other smokers around me
I live and work with people smoking around me
Any tips on how to overcome and beat this is greatly appreciated
