Going great everyone, the nicotine cravings have eased & know I can go on further to be smoke free forever. That is alot for me to say, I think I'm getting wiser as I'm getting older. I've never really tried to give up smoking totally, I have tried several times over the years, never felt this
confident. I drove trucks for many years, where the boredom made you smoke more. Now these days I can ...
I see my light come shining
From the east unto the west.
Any day now, any day now,
I shall be released.
6th Day, never going back to smoking & being terrorised by a TERRORIST by the way of smoking. I am released from nicotine & continue to enjoy my life better. This is my first time realising, what a waste of health & money all these years. Anyway I will see life in a different perceptive...
I Realise I have a name for these TERRORIST SMOKES! (NICOBATES) . I'm sorry to be so rebut, thou I'm realising us humans, we are, taking the bate. Any way I know you have gone through this delama. Going stronger, we will see how Day 5 is. I know with all help I can do this.
Day 3, Still going strong, though I don't mean to bore you, I'm expressing my thoughts here, to try & make it painless as possible not smoking. Your good gestures make me feel better, & keep me looking at a smoke free life. I will let you know on a weekly basis from on, how I'm am going. Again Thankyou For Your Support
Day 2 & going strong, I believe from cutting down to zero has helped me stay stronger from not going back.
With your help, I know I can achieve the best result. I have smoked for many years, I think about 45yrs. THANKYOU
