Hi Everyone,I’m really chuffed today,when I quit smoking I started running,I’m upto 5k now,when I first started I needed to stop to walk a bit because I was gasping for breath,today after nearly 2 months of stopping smoking I ran a full 5 k without stopping,I’m chuffed,feeling so so good. Just thought I’d share that with you all.thanks for reading. 😀

The dizziness I think only comes as I’m still smoking (less the half my average though which is exciting for me) my quit day is meant to be tomorrow night and I’m really praying my determination stays with me !

I have picked myself up from my slip last week I did yes smoke and regretted it very soon after.
Smells,taste,dizzy head wasn't a nice feeling atal.
I picked myself up and made myself strong and I am carrying on smoke free. I had a smoke on Sunday 1 smoke. And have not had one since then and I will not be smoking again.
I've made my decision final thats it.
