25 days in and going strong!!
i must say it has been hard and it is possible !!! I started out with the nicorett cool drops first for about 1 week than I changed to the patches for one week now back to the mints !
i used to smoke 15 smokes a day so not having a smoke was pretty hard but I think my willpower helped me this time as I was mentally ready to quit the smoking habit!

Seems, its out of habit now rather than a nicotine addiciton. I need to make sure the past triggers are behind me. Any suggestions????
yesturday i felt so so anjry that my head was gonna pop off so i had to have a smoke i felt so sad but i will still keep on trying.This is my 16th day not having a smoke. Today was a relly good day i felt so happy and calm i did not even think about having a smoke. And i did not even enjoy the smoke i had yesturday. dealing with other things makes it worst.

It's amazing how difficult giving up the cigarettes is. How easy it would be just to give up and have a smoke. Today the temptation seriously got to me and I almost turned a stressful situation into an excuse to get in the car, drive to the shop, buy a pack of smokes , light one up and inhale it into my lungs. Just spent 3 hours with my daughter on a bike ride. Wow ... it felt good not thinking about the next opportunity to have a smoke, or planning ways to sneak a smoke in. Just 100% quality time with my little girl. Now that is motivation enough to stay quit.
On January 17th I committed to a News Years resolution to quit smoking.
